Kowulz and the Kowulz.com Logo Usage

Dave Cowles, DBA Kowulz Design, has registered and otherwise protected the name, logos, symbols, indicia, insignia, trade names, service marks, and trademarks (collectively "Trademarks") of Kowulz and the Kowulz.com web site.

Designing ANY merchandise to bear either Kowulz or the Kowulz.com Name or Trademark must secure prior approval, in writing, from Dave Cowles.

Dave Cowles, reserves the right to prohibit ANY uses of Kowulz or the Kowulz.com Name or Trademark, logos, etc., which he deems inappropriate as being inconsistent with the image and mission of Kowulz Design.

Merchandise bearing Kowulz or the Kowulz.com Trademarks and produced without proper written authorization from Dave Cowles, will be considered counterfeit and/or infringing and subject to all available legal remedies, including, but not limited to, seizure of said merchandise.
