Fat Dazey

Fat Dazey Cowles

I adopted Dazey in 1999 from the Spartanburg Humane Society as a birthday gift from my mother.
We got her the day before she was going to be put down. She had had a litter of puppies and been dumped
or ran off, then was picked up by Animal Control. She is a terrier-mix and was probably two or three years old then.

Since joining our family, Dazey has proven herself to be a skilled escape artist. She is also a vicious Possum Killing Machine,
with eight kills to her credit to date. She has fought a rabid fox and came out unscathed and unmarked, had her steel cable struck by lightning
and burnt in two without singing a hair on her... head, etc., and been given rat poison and survived without any lasting effects.
She has survived a brief two weeks with Sinji, a year with Prissy, and many months with Ham!

Hopefully our newest addition, Yoshi, will be the perfect fit!

She is a gift from God and a fine friend as well as a welcome part of our family.
She is crazy about tennis balls, food, going for rides, sleep, and then me, I think in that order.
Raeny would say for certain.
